was my consulting business that provided risk control and content for websites for agencies and insurance companies. I am now moving towards retirement and am reinventing this website as a platform to share some thoughts on fire protection and risk management.​

The logo above represents the 20 years I spent serving my community as a volunteer firefighter, EMT, HAZ MAT Technician, Fire Service Instructor, and 11 years as a chief officer.  It pains me to see that 82% of the fire departments in the US are volunteer, but our political leadership is more focused on who uses what bathroom that helping these agencies survive.
